Evidence hierarchy
Law-firm commentary, legal media and market conversation can open a signal. They cannot close the evidence chain. Final publication should rely on legislation, regulation, court decisions, official registers, regulator documents, official statistics or public disclosures.
How topics are selected
A topic is selected only when it connects a legal development with a business decision: cash flow, assets, management liability, investment timing, contracts, compliance burden or reputation pressure.
Opinion versus source-backed analysis
Opinion can identify market noise. Source-backed analysis requires an official source, a clear evidence chain and a practical action path for the reader.
